Rooted in a background in Psychology, my journey has always revolved around understanding what makes people tick—what drives them, what holds them back, and how true, lasting change unfolds. I've spent years exploring the layers beneath behavior, emotion, and motivation—asking the hard questions and embracing the uncomfortable truths that often lead to real breakthroughs.
My areas of interest have always centered on self-awareness and the relationships we form with others—how we connect, communicate, and evolve through those bonds. I’m deeply passionate about spreading awareness around the complexities of the human mind because so much of our behavior, decision-making, and relationships stem from what we don’t even realize is influencing us. The more self-aware we become, the more power we gain to rewrite old patterns, make intentional choices, and live in alignment with who we truly are.
This path has never been about roles or labels; it’s been about staying close to what matters: human connection, psychological insight, and the commitment to grow through every experience. Whether it’s untangling inner conflicts or helping others see themselves more clearly, I’ve learned that transformation isn’t a moment—it’s a practice.
I show up with intention, empathy, and clarity. I believe growth is messy, nonlinear, and absolutely worth it. And I’ve come to understand that even the smallest step forward—when done consciously—is a powerful act of becoming.
